Hi, I have a friend who had breast augmentation done. She was about an A before the surgery. She did not go really big, about a full B-small C, but she was very thin, and did not have a large chest, but apparently she did have enough skin for the procedure. She looks great, and is much more confident than before. The way she had the implants inserted was under the breast, this makes it alot easier for you to breast feed if you ever have children, and it minimized the chance of losing sensation in the nipples. My advice to you is to search on the internet for plastic surgeons in your area, then email them with your questions, that will be the most helpful. Goodluck!

Hi, I was a 30 cup.. actually I am still a 30 cup. I had a bad experience with the surgery (infection)… about the skin I guess is not a problem… the first week I was a 36!! but the final result was a 34. After 2 months I had to remove the implants…. now I am still a 30 - 32 cup but the breast where I had the infection lose fat and doesn´t look the same… anyway DONT WORRY….. look for a good doctor and ask everything. You need to be accepted for who you are and changing your body isn’t going to help that… It’ll make super ficial guys that like big boobs chase you around. I like women who are natural and un-enhanced. That’s what makes them unique. Accept yourself first than others will follow.
